Refund Policy

At Mangerine, we strive to deliver value and satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below.

Effective date: August 1, 2025

1. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  • You cancel within 24 hours of purchase;
  • You were billed due to a technical issue;
  • A premium feature fails to function, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.

3. Non-refundable items

  • Partial months of service;
  • Used or consumed services;
  • In-app purchases through Apple or Google Play;
  • Requests made after 7 days from the transaction.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@mangerine.com with:

  • Account email;
  • Transaction ID;
  • Reason for request.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. App store purchases

For payments made through:

Apple App Store

Request via your Apple account.

Google Play

Request through your Google account.

Mangerine cannot directly process refunds for third-party store transactions.
