• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination;
• Infringes upon third-party intellectual property;
• Includes viruses, malware, or deceptive links;

Mangerine offers paid features including, but not limited to, premium subscriptions, video hosting tiers, boosted visibility, and specialized professional tools.

a. Payment terms

• Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and more).
• By purchasing a service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

b. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the relevant app store.

• Mangerine allows users to upload, stream, and share professional videos.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you own or have permission to use any video content uploaded.
• Mangerine reserves the right to remove or moderate videos that violate these Terms or applicable law.

• Create fake profiles or impersonate others;
• Use bots, scrapers, or data miners;
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
• Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Violation of this section may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

All rights to Mangerine's platform, including the brand, logos, UI/UX, software, and content created by Mangerine, are owned by or licensed to Mangerine LLC. You may not reuse or reproduce any proprietary materials without written permission.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

• You misuse the Service;

Mangerine provides the Service "as is" with no guarantees of uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue, profits, or data;

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Mangerine in the past 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Arbitration Rules.

• Language: English.
• Binding: the arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify users via email, app notification, or banner. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
